We mapped the shopper journey to identify conversion drop-offs, then developed targeted messaging and visuals—tested and refined to communicate the value of Microsoft 365 at key decision points. The result: an 18% increase in attach sales, driving $230M in revenue, and a 3x expansion of agency engagement through campaign extensions.
